June 20, 2008: Solstice Ceremony
Bring in abundance on the longest day of the year with a Solstice Ceremony at the Triangle T Guest Ranch at 8pm. Christiana Brinton, MA, a Veriditas certified labyrinth guide and energy worker will lead the event using her 24’ Petite Chartres style canvas labyrinth. The walk will be alternately silent and accompanied by a pow wow drum drumming the heart beat rhythm. Group drumming, dancing, and chanting will follow so bring drums, shekeres, and rattles to join in this sacred and ancient celebration of life and its blessings and gratitude for all that has been given us. Meet outside the dining hall at 7:45pm for instructions and smudging before entering the labyrinth area. If possible, wear white clothing.
